Rating VMware Knowledgebase articles

Something you may have noticed during your latest visit to the VMware Knowledgebase is a new rating system (see red arrow in screencap).

Rating a VMware knowledge article

VMware wants to know your opinion of its articles in the knowledgebase. Five stars is a great rating, and one star is poor. VMware considers a 4 or 5 rating as indicating the article is a success.  Anything 3 or below is considered a poor article and needs work.

There’s also a Provide Feedback link. This opens a new window giving you the opportunity to provide us even more feedback on the knowledgebase article. See example:

VMware feeback

If you haven’t rated an article yet, please do.  VMware is really starting to track this stuff (I know, I saw the stats this morning in a meeting), and knowing whether you are happy with the content of the Knowledgebase is important to VMware.
